About The Provider
JoAnn LeBlanc, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and a valued member of the Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s Specialty Clinic team. She provides comprehensive women’s health services, including gynecologic care, female pelvic medicine, menopause management, and assistance with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. JoAnn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she later completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in family nurse practitioner studies. She brings a strong clinical background from her experience as a registered nurse in the operating room as well as on the orthopedic, neurology, and stroke unit. Prior to joining FMOL Health | Our Lady of Lourdes Physician Group, she also earned her Registered Nurse First Assist while completing her graduate studies. JoAnn is certified by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner through The Menopause Society, where she is an active member.

I feel Joann listened-while she may not have had all the answers to give me given my years of health issues she is trying to find, help and doing what she can to address and treat the situation She was patient , listened, offer options, was not pushy and above all took the time and I was not rushed She answered all of my husband and I's questions. I was very nervous bc my prior doctor has stopped listening to me or my concerns only wanting to go one route. She included me and made the visit comfortable

I have been having a hard time getting my regular Obgyn to listen to me and help me with things I have been struggling with, so I decided to find a new doctor. This was my first time seeing nurse Joann and she not only made me feel very comfortable, but she listened and offered help. I know I came to the right place. For the first time in years I feel hopeful.
