Elizabeth Savoy is a Board Certified nurse practitioner who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic health conditions. Elizabeth earned an associate’s degree in nursing at LSU-Eunice before completing a bachelor’s degree in nursing at McNeese State University in Lake Charles and later a master’s degree in nurse practitioner studies from United States University in San Diego, California. She served as a case manager, staff nurse and charge nurse at hospitals in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, including working as a nurse in the Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Progressive Care, Ortho-Neuro and Burn units at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
