Nurse practitioner Caroline Prather is a pediatric hospitalist at Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s & Children’s Hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care for pediatric patients. She is versed in diagnosing and managing acute and/or chronic conditions, providing comprehensive care to each person. Caroline earned bachelor’s degrees in biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans before completing a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner studies from UL Lafayette. She joined Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s & Children’s Hospital in 2016 as a nurse tech in pediatrics and later became a full-time registered nurse with the department before completing nurse practitioner studies.
