Dr Lugo has been such a positive experience for us. My husbands diagnosis was frightening. We have confidence in Dr lugos recommendations and plan of care. He always encourages input from both of us. My husband, who can be difficult, trusts his guidance and has confidence in his recommendations and treatment plan.

Doctor took his time to listen and answer questions as best as he was able and didn't hesitate to research if/when he wasn't sure. His honesty of being unsure but willing to research gave me comfort to know that he wouldn't just "assume" or guess. Definitely helped build up a trust in him.

Dr Lugo takes the time to review testing done by other providers so he can treat accordingly

I felt the provider was unclear why I was there, didn't look at the records and documentation (that I was told to bring), didn't really listen to my concerns, and ignored any questions that I had. Was dismissive and appeared In a hurry to end the appointment. I was with the provider for 10 minutes.
